What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ varies by product type. Jewelry boxes and rigid boxes usually start from 500 units per size or design. Corrugated mailer boxes can start from 300 units. Contact us with your product details for an exact quote.
How to make a payment?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other common international payment methods. A deposit is typically required to start production, with the balance due before shipping.
Is the sample quality the same as the mass order?
Yes. Custom samples follow the same materials and processes as mass production so you can verify color, structure, and print before placing a bulk order.
Where are your packaging products produced?
Our packaging is produced in China with factories and sales support in Guangzhou, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions.
How long do sample and mass production take?
Stock samples ship in about 3 working days. Custom samples usually take 10–15 working days. Mass production typically takes 10–15 working days after artwork confirmation.
Can I customize size, logo, and inserts?
Yes. Size, material, logo process, finishes, and inserts (foam, cardboard, plastic tray) can all be customized to fit your product and brand.
